After battling the downturn in the economy for ten months, I heard a repetitive advertisement sponsored on CBS news radio, with no place to turn, I found myself distraught yet hopeful, that representation from legal assistance might get my lenders attention in working out a modification until I could get back on stable economic footing. I turned to Rodis Law by answering the add. They told me they would need pertinent personal information, which then would be reviewed, a Jeff Brown was the mediator..I went forward and was given the good news that my situation was one that could be represented.
For the sum of 3500.00 dollars, paid in three installments of 1175.00 per month with the third payment of 1150.00.
Since that time Rodis has withdrawn the first two installments from my bank account, I have not had a call, an e-mail, or a return call to my more than 20 attempts to reach them.
I'm grateful to have thought about checking "Ripoff Report" this morning even though the news is bad as it is, we have an advocate in this site.
As for me and my circumstance, I have no idea where to turn,but to prayer.
