Rodney & Cynthia Whitlow ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell consumer rip-off fraud tricked and lied to us Detroit Nationwide .....

My husband and I answered to a commercial for people attempting to restore their credits. When we got the cards, we notice that we were constantly sending out payments in on-time, but they would not post immediately even though it has gone through your bank.

I contacted them on several occassions to be spoken to nasty and rude. They continued to lie about not receiving payments that had cleared my bank and everytime I turned around we were steadily being billed for late fees and never reversing their illegal posting, until I contacted Washington, D.C. and found out who monitored their bank and wrote a complaint.

I think I received something about a Class Action Lawsuit being stated in Sacramento, California and we received something in the mail but am still waiting for the status for it. We would like our names added to anything as far as lawsuits against this company. You have my e-mail name.
