BAKER DOING BUSINESS UNDER a MULTIPLE  LIST OF Names: dbd equipment , DIAMOND BACK POWER SYSTEMS, DBS EQUIPMENT, BAKER LOGISTICS, POWER SYSTEMS, DIAMOND BACK SHOP EQUIPMENT is a SNAKE - A THIEF, A LIAR - A HABITUAL CON ARTIST who is about to be brought into not only CIVIL LITIGATION for STEALING EQUIPMENT from a vendor who gave RODNEY D. BAKEWR the equipment to SELL, but has in 11 months of attempting to return the remainder of $3,250.00 to his client has STOPPED paying off the STOLEN MONEY to BARRY LAWRANCE.

Mr. Lawrance has not retained an ATTORNEY to bring LITIGATION AGFAINST RODNEY BAKER and will obtain a JUDGMENT against Mr. BAKER in HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY COURT within the next 30 to 45 days. Once a JUDGMENT is obtained, he will be most likely be investigatyed by thje State of Florida Attornmey General, The Department of Finance and Regulations in Tallahassee, Florida, and FDLE. According to The State and local authorities who represent the State, nothing can be done until a JUDGMENT is obtained in CIVILM TRIAL. At that poiunt the Plaintiff and his Attorney must wait 60 days in order for the State to get involved with the investigation. Once the investigation is started, if any GHRAND LARCENCY is found ( which there is ) the STATE will commence with their continued investigation and chARGES AGAINST rodney d. baker. CURRENTLY, BAKER OWES $3,250.00 PLUS ATTORNEY FEES OF ROUGHLY $1,200.00, FILING FEES OF $350.00 AND INTEREST THE court WILL AWARD AT 9% INTEWREST WHICH GOES BACK TO sEPTEMBER 2009 TO THE JUDGMENTS ACTUAL DATE OF THE COURET CIVIL ACTION THAT IS PENDING. Under No circumstances is BARRY LAWERANCE going to continue to accept partial payments.

Mr. Baker according to sources is in FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES. Hisb ARREST RECORDS in TEXAS, LOUISIANA and Florida for GRAND LARCENY N& FORGERY are going to play a MAJOR role at the TRIAL that according to Barry Lawrance WHO CAN BE REACHED AT THE BEARSS GROVES IN TAMPA, WILL MOST LIKELY BE ADMUITTED INTO TRIAL REGARDING HIS VARRESTS IN TWO OTHER STATES FOR GRAND LARCENY. It is to also be brought to TRIAL that Mr. Baker has had numerous difficulties with out individuals , which according to BARRY LAWRANCE may also testify as their dealings with RODNEY D. BAKER in the past. Baker is currently on PROBATION in PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA and is currently serving probation. Anmy violation of probation may may revoke his FREEDOM.

BAKER be remanded into custopdy of the State or County. Our hopes are that he is dealt a blow where his freedom to use people is finally taken away from him and he is piut in JAIL. With his lengthy ARREST RECORDS in THREE ( 3 ) states... it is time he faces a JAIL SENTENCE. There are people in JAIL who have committed lesser offenses than what RODNEY D. BAKER has done .
