Complaint Review: RODNEY D. YOUNG INSURANCE

RODNEY D. YOUNG INSURANCE I HAD CALLED FOR A QUOTE, AND CALLED THE NUMBER 325-949-9271. SOME ONE ANSWERED IT WASN'T THE SAN ANGELO LOCATION. BUT A QUOTE WAS RAN WITH NO DL. ONLY AN ID. AND WAS GIVEN INFO. ON THE VEHICLE. WELL ALSO TALKED TO SAN ANGELO BRANCH AND I EXPLAINED I TALKED TO SOME ONE ABOUT THE INSURANCE AND WAS GAVEN ME A QUOTE IF WE HAD A DEBIT IT WOULD BE 108.00 IF NOT IT WOULD BE 129.00. I WASN'T EXPECTING ANY HIDDEN CHARGES. THIS WAS ARRANGED TUSDAY. COMES FRIDY AND WAS CHARGED MORE THAN WHAT WAS TOLD.  San Angelo Texas

TALKED TO ADRIAN AT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR RODNEY D. YOUNG AND HE SAID THEY MADE A MISTAKE. WHAT I NEED TO CLEARIFY IS BASED ON 150.00 PAYCHECK AND HAVE TO COMPERMISE ON THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY. AND RELY ON WHAT WAS TOLD TO HAVE ENOUGH TO MAKEIT TIL NEXT PAYDAY. I AM VEERY ANGRY OFF HOW THIS SITUATION WAS HANDLED. EVN THE GUY ON CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD NOT HELP ME. I NEVER DID THIS BUT ITS OBSERD THAT HOW THINGS CAN GET MANUPILATED JUST BECAUSE W R IN NEED OF INSURANCE.
