Complaint Review: Rodrigo Hicks Translesa

Hicks stop to lie and show evidence like I did several times publicly ! You hide yourseself back to the corupt Attorney General in Nayarit that is part of the conspiracy to steal our property. Be a men and show the contract and the proof or the payement. It looks that your frauds are endless., the new one that again i publicly show the undeniable evidence is selling to the owners of Acqua Flamingos the common areas that belongs to them. In the attachements everybody can see the illegal behavior of Rodrigo Hicks.

You have no proof of any of your claims, yet it has been proved several times and through several mediums how you have been scamming development units, laundering money, and trafficking drugs! 

I agree with Rodrigo Hicks. Guiseppe Vioala is a rat and a liar. He extorts and threatens innocent people. He should be behind bars and there are a number of people working on that. He is lucky that Rodrigo is not involved in the drug trade as he alleges or Guiseppe would have much more to worry about than he already does.

You can't scare honest people Viola and your client, "dentist" Miguel Figueroa is no better than you are for hiring a thug and criminal. I would not let Dr Figueroa work on my dog's teeth with those dirty hands of his. I am sure when all the dust settles he will be facing a hearing in front of the California State Dental Board for unethical behavior. Mr Viola, you will go back to con school for another stint!

 I find it very unpleasant and pitiful to have to deal with unscrupulous people with no morality at all, which will do anything in order to achieve their (illegal) interests.

A couple of thieves, (DENTIST) MANUEL FIGUEROA and GIUSEPPE VIOLA, tried to make me participate in their plans to steal an apartment, that to my knowledge belongs to someone who, in the right time, proved ownership of it with contracts, payment receipts and physical possession.  Since I obviously said no to their “invitation”, they have been trying to discredit my name by all means with no evidence at all of what they are stating, also using fake identities to lie and threaten me.

 I have repeatedly told these two people that the way to solve their issue about the apartment is to carry the case with the correspondent authorities, which I am certainly not, and find the legal and correct solution. Of course they don’t find this feasible, being a couple of crooks, but they state that every Mexican authority is corrupt and won’t help them.

 To anyone reading this please be aware and careful before having any kind of relationship with these people.  GIUSEPPE VIOLA has a background of its own full of legal issues in the USA and in Mexico, and anyone can confirm this information. And what can we think of MANUEL FIGUEROA who stands to be a decent person but hires a blackmailer crook to do his dirty job.Don’t be fooled.

 To the people who know about Acqua Flamingos’ recent years problems, I may say that fortunately, and after legal procedures for several years, a debt (on my favor) that had been going on for years, has finally been recognized.

I have made a name and a career for many years and have never been involved with illegal situations.

 I can gladly say that the steps we have been taking are in the way of making all legal aspects of the development clear as well as solving some internal problems that have been going on for years. Be confident that positive changes are coming in the near future.

 Some of these changes are in the process of being implemented; I can now say that all common areas will be available for every owner at all times, we are working the details with Acqua libre’s administration and vigilance committee. I can also tell you that we are in the right track for completing the development to its whole.  In short time, we will all have our properties in a development with harmony and added value.

 I respectfully ask you to avoid MANUEL FIGUEROA and GIUSEPPE VIOLA, who are not trying to work things out legally and are just trying to affect our whole development and me.  There are many of us working hard to fix our property and improve it in every way. 

I am not, and never will, try to hide information from anyone.  My legal case is of public domain and anyone can seek for information about it through the correspondent authorities.

 This will be the last statement I make in this site.  I know these crooks will continue trying to discredit me, but don’t be fooled.  If anyone needs or wants to check my background, go ahead, but do it using legal ways.

 I once again remind you that if anyone has any kind of interest in Acqua Flamingos development, please direct yourself to the administration office so they can work with you in the best way possible. Be sure they will do their best; a lot of problems have been solved this way already.
