Complaint Review: Rodriguez Manwell

Rodriquez Manwell violated private property and a no tresspassing sign, decided to make our private property his. He went obtained personal info out the house and somehow got his name on the property. The property was not forclosed on nor were their any liens against the propeerty. Rodriguez Manwell was working next door. He encroched on private property with a visible sign out front. I can show where I use to stay at the property with my mother. Somehow my cousin was to give me the keys 2 years ago, he tried to put straight claim to it. My grandfather will the property to my mother, she died in March 2011, and my grandparents a year before in January. Me and my cousin were suppose to be working out some type of deal, but he just leading me on. Meanwhile, Rodriquez decided to squat on the property or try to claim squater rights. I'm not sure, but he has definitely committed fruad and theft. I am a direct descendant of James Myrickes, my cousin (Alexander Shannon) committed fruad himself, along with forgery. He basically seen that his mother was left out the will so they drawed up their own, discluding me and my siblings. We are the rightful heirs to the properties. His mom and him took advantage of my mom, because she was dealing with her parents death, while they were sheming to take from her, because they realized my grandfather wasn't leaving anything to them. If  the house was not sold, but this guy started working on it and told me, that it was is. Help please
