After inquiring about an ad online for a rental home via email. I received an back from
goodhouse23@outlook.com stating he was the owner who has decided to rent the home instead of selling and if I saw any ads for selling the house do not worry about them he has decided to sell the house himself.
He stated he and his family were currently in West Africa on a missions trip and would probably never meet me. When I responded with questions regarding the a stateside point of contact, HOA fees, leasing terms, garage space, etc. I was ignored. He stated he was sending me a fedex in the mail with its tracking number so I can send him the deposit and first month's rent.
Please beware. I did a search of the email address mentioned and it seems it's attached to properties in Virginia, Colorado, and Missouri as well.
