Complaint Review: Roger Dean Chevrolet

Roger Dean Chevrolet, Inc. has a terrible service dept., they rebuilt my transmission wrong and then refused to fix it. Rip-off! West Palm Beach Florida

Bought car at Roger Dean West Palm Beach. Had problems with the transmission, R. Dean Service rebuilt it and did it Wrong!!!

Took the car back four or five times each time they would say nothing wrong with transmission and then say it's your spark plugs or EGR valve etc.

The service tech even drove the car when it was broken, he admitted there was a problem and then four days later tried to deny ever driving the car (lucky there was a witness) then he tried to say he only drove it for a minute and there was nothing wrong with it.

Got GM customer service involved, took the car to another Chevy dealer... and Guess what? It was the transmission!!!

It took Roger Dean 8 months to finally fix the transmission that they rebuilt wrongly the first time.
