Complaint Review: Roger Scott Albertson - Academe Advantage LLC

My wife and I signed up for this program through Roger Albertson and the website academeadvantage.com in order to help with my daughter's transition to college. He informed us that we could cancel at any time. After three months in the program, Academe Advantage did NOTHING AT ALL, except take the monthly payments. When we inquired with Roger about the services that were promised but never delivered, we were told that we must have misunderstood the agreement.

Upon pointing out the specific promises that were not fulfilled, he responded, "well there's still time." I advised him that the time to fulfill his commitment was when he received compensation for the stated commitments. I then informed him that the refund portion of the contract was not signed by a Academe Advantage representative which makes the contract void.

Surprisingly, the call dropped!!!! Simply stated, in my opinion, this company, this program, and the guy who represents the company are all scams. Save yourself a major headache and find college scholarship assistance elsewhere.
