ROGER WITH ACS JIM CROOK OR COOK Person calls my pewrsonal cell phone states they with ACS and are trying to collect a debt for Advance Cash USA. This same person has called my phone 6 times today and my work number 2 times. SSAN DIEGO, California
This person from ACS keeps calling my phone 6 times today and twice on my work number.
I called the number back on my work phone after they called my cell 3 times to find out what they wanted and its a scam.
The guy said his name was roger and he was calling because he was trying to collect a debt for the Advance Cash USA and strenghtened that they are take me to court if I didn't pay 300.00 dollars back.
I'v never heard of the company before and never had a loan through them so I knew it was a scam. The person states the 300.00 was put into my acct. on Jan. 2009.
I checked my acct. and this has never happened before there's no deposits from that company ever.
I googled this company and this has happened to others already. Matter afact just yesterday.
So for others out there just beware check all your resources and don't give your infomation over the phone or internet anymore.
