I need to share my experience, because I am so tired and angry at ROI management and staff. Account manager after account manager, I have been handballed to 4 different account managers who have no idea about my campaign. I understand people leave, but 4 different account managers in 6 months is ridiculous. ROI.com.au management, please learn to retain staff and you may have clients stay on.
That was just one of the issues. There was also a massive problem of over promising in the sales process and when it came to delivery, they failed miserably. They guaranteed me 50% of key phrases on page 1 within 6 months, which they didn't even come close to hitting. So the past 6 months was basically wasted and I was $12,000 out of pocket. Worst investment I have made to date. Promised the world and completely under delivered.
I can say one positive thing about the company, their reporting looked highly professional and was very easy to understand. But was it worth $12,000, no way! After the 6 months, I stopped paying because they didn't meet the guarantee, but I also think they stopped working on my campaign. They took my money and basically said screw you!
Overall the experience with ROI been a complete waste of time and money and I wish I could rewind time and make a different decision. Four different account managers who obviously didn't know SEO, gave me lame excuses why my site isn't ranking. If they couldn't rank my site, they should have stopped debiting my account. Problem solved! Hope the above review helps!
