ROK7 advertised free camera lense for iphone. Pay only shipping charge. Now I see monthly charges to my credit card internet Internet

I saw an ad by ROK7 that says free iphone camera attachments. Pay only shipping charges.  After I received broken unit, I get monthly charges... See below regarding credit card charges from my Patelco Credit Card
