Complaint Review: rolan auto repair

 I took my car in for an Overheating issue. Over $3000.00 later my car is still overheating. I had my car towed back to have Roland the owner correct the problem. He advised me that he fired his entire staff and he was the only one working. I should leave it with him and he would look at it as soon as he could i should call him the following day. The following day i called only to be told he has not had a chance to look at it and again i should call him the next day. This went on for a week. Till he finally stopped averting his phone. I went by there in person he said he needed an additional $500.00 to buy parts i refused to give him anymore of my hard earned money. I had a tow truck come pick up my car and towed it to dealer to complete the repair. The car was finally repaired correctly and ended up costing less. I will tell everyone i know about my horrible dealings wih this repair shop. I hope they take his license away. He shouldn't be allowed to do this to hard working people.
