Lt. Jasna, in a white crown victoria (unmarked) cruiser sat on I-40 outside of Roland, near the Arkansas line in the median. I was travelling 68 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. I pulled to the right lane (and signalled) when this white car came up on my bumper (no lights). I maintained my current speed of 68, signalled, and then went to the neighboring lane, lawfully. Suddenly, the police cruiser acts like it is going to pass. Then, it jams it's brakes and hits the lights and siren- directly on my bumper. I pull to the right. When I do, the cop approaches wearing a polo shirt & black swat pants. I motion to my passenger, as he has came to the right side of the car. (The car's owner is the passenger). The officer is handed the passengers ID and insurance. The officer then asks the passenger "whose car is this". Passenger says "THIS IS MY CAR". (Note, the passenger is a licensed peace officer (police officer) from Texas. The officer has that card, along with his DL, and insurance- he knows the owner of the vehicle is legit. He then calls the driver (me) to the rear of the vehicle I am driving.

He tells me to sit in his passenger seat without "frisking" or searching me. He tells me "this is Drug Interdiction Month In Oklahoma". He starts giving me the 3rd degree, asking about where the passenger has been a cop, etc. I tell him. He then starts making accusations that we have drugs. (knowing we dont- we are Private Investigators doing a fraud case- and are not law breakers) He starts trying to scare me by saying he is calling for a drug dog. I dont get nervous at all. THen after a few minutes, he has decided nothing he has done yet has scared me. He picks up his police radio and says "scott are you there---scott are you there---I need the drug dog down here, (or something to that effect). All you hear on the other end (recieving) is dead noise----the sound when no one answers).... He tries to keep intimidating me- but nothing works. He finally cuts me loose, saying the Drug Dog is on another stop..... This whole time he wouldnt look me in the eye.

He writes me a warning, and fails to list the time of the "offense". He also fails to list the speed on "speed over limit", despite having blanks for such info. This stop was bogus through and through.
