Complaint Review: Rolf's Service Center

Rolf's Service Center Rolf's Service Center in Fife and Lakewood I had worth of over $2500 works and services done on my ML500 and THE SERVICES WAS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! Their services and workers are all very unprofessional and they are only out to get your money especially when you bring in high-end cars. The owner himself don't work to resolved the issues/concerns but argue with customer claiming they are right and don't try accept that they made a bad mistake in changing the bulb on my passenger headlight. Both the workers and owner are very much unprofessional in speaking and resolving the issues/concerns over the phone. Fife Washington

I had some major services done on my ML500 on December 18, 2012 that totals $2,550.74.  Mind you I just brought this vehicle from I-5 Motors, Inc which apparently they work together with Rolf's Service Center @ I-5.  When I first got my ML500 had some messages that need services and I was referred to Rolf's Service Center @ I-5 to do some diagnostic and apparently it needed to get a whole bunch of things done from Brakes, Oil & Filter, and Headlamp Replacement.  To make  long story short so I had to get a extended warranty to cover these problems from I-5 Motors, Inc and I had not driven this ML500 more than 2 days.  Anyways, Rolf's Service Center @ I-5 started working on my car according to what I can afford and what the extended warranty covers.  My ML500 was scheduled from December 18, 2012 and supposedly promised to complete January 10th, 2013, mind you I haven't made my 1st payment and this ML500 is sitting in the shop for over 2 weeks?

Shortly after I get my ML500 back my headlamp on the passenger side is all fogged up and I took it back to Rolf's Service Center @ I-5 and they said I needed a whole new headlamp and I thought to myself how can that be, I just changed the bulb on it and I insisted that the have a looked at it once again and Rolf's Service Center @ I-5 techincian Mike Pavlas said he did and there's nothing they can do to it, it just needs a whole new headlamp.  I decided to take my ML500 to South Lake European and guess what?  They looked at it and all it need what to snapped the rubber or something on the back of the headlamp back in correctly and tight at no cost!  I called Rolf's Service Center @ I-5 and spoke to the owner and the supervisor who serivced my ML500 and to my surprised they acted as if they did nothing wrong and didn't even want to admit they made a mistake and that they can accomadate or something for their errors.

The owner himself is so unprofessional, he argued with me over the phone not wanting to accept the fact that I have a letter to approve that they made a mistake with my headlamp when they first serivced it.  I don't usually do something like this but I would not even take any high-end cars here anymore with the little things you want to trust them do they will jacked up your bills from zero dollar to $600+ for something that can be avoid at just have a second look at it once again and do it with cared that you want less from your customers not trying to dig into their wallet just because we drive high-end cars!
