I send back what was delivered to me plus the following letter, demanding refund. The main problem is they charged my credit account before they me gave the total amount and was not able to go back and change. Plus no email was send to me for confirmation, someone could of order it with out my knowledge. I ended up with 4 orders totaling over 400.00, without know this.

Requesting full refund of $423.30.

The web site did not give me the total amount until after being charged to my credit account. The ad says this was supposed to be shipped for free. In my attempt to change my order I ended up with 4 orders. Plus no email was sent to confirm order. I also found no form in boxes that I received showing me what I order. Only the credit card account showed what I order. All (2 large boxes) are being shipped back. Requesting full refund.
