This company takes orders, with good intentions, I believe but do not have the business capability to keep track of the orders and fulfill them. One time I ordered and was lucky that they had what I wanted in stock and shipped it right away. That appears to be the only way you will get your order - if they have it right that minute - in the warehouse.

One customer service person named Celene Santiago explained that they had just moved and were having trouble getting organized after the move. But this was already several months after the order was placed.

Usually they do not answer the phone, a the voice mail service will tell you that the mail box is full. On 10/8/13 I got lucky and a person name John Rodriquez answered the phone. He looked up my order and said that the yellow covers had come from the manufacturer in very poor quality so they had to re-order. He had clear covers and black covers. I said a clear cover would be fine and he said he would ship them the next day, and that when the yellow covers came in, he would send those too, without charge, for the inconvenience. He said he would send an email the next day. 

I am sure he believed this when he said it, but of course it did not happen.

I chose to order from them because they have some products that are unique that you cannot get from Levenger or Staples Arc. But it's a roll of the dice to get your product. I am going to notify PayPal, too, as they are helping this company rip people off.
