Mr. Luke Malsem of Rolled Soles PTY LTD (registered ACN #164738050) will be be brought to justice. My business partner and I purchased his franchise on franchisedirect.com. In short, the franchise was a vending machine called "the sole station." It is a vending machine that dispenses womens flats. When the machine was taking too long to get after the purchase, my partner and I asked for a refund and Mr. Malsem was very receptive. We spoke on and off with Mr. Luke Malsem for a year to no avail. Mr. Malsem just kept giving us one excuse after the other, he literally had more stories than mother goose! Mr. Malsem  suddenly stopped talking to us and shut his website down just about a year after we had purchased the machine. My busiess partner and I would be interested in prosecuting Mr. Malsem as soon as we are finished tracking him down. We partially blame franchisedirect.com for their lack of oversight as to who they allow to advertise on their website. All said and done, my partner and I lost $16,700 to this franchise. Rollasole Scam.

Our next moves will include obtaining 3 subpoenas, one for the previous webhost of thesolestation.com, and one for franchisedirect.com, and one for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia to obtain ALL the information we can about Luke Malsem this company. We will be able to get his IP address, his home address, bank account information, and other personal information about Mr. Luke Malsem. Next, we will contact his local authorites with all of our information. Finially, with a little luck and a long process we will receive some restituiton for this ordeal.

My parnter and I are open to any suggestions.

Luke Malsem the "rolasole scammer" is actually Daniel Albert aka Daniel Bowman aka Daniel Hannah aka Daniel Di Domenico aka Daniel Erefor and has a significant other who goes by the name(s) Kelly Hannah or Helen Di Domenico and probably others. Apparently "Mr Luke Malsem" has a history of vending machine scams and is behind other scams such as glamour nail vending and http://www.identicalyou.com.au/# as well as many others. Upon further research, he has even partaken in nigerian letter scams as well. The ACCC is well aware ofthis guy and is currently building a case. 1 great granny Waterhouse road coopers shoot is a previous address for Daniel Albert. If anyone has any additional personal information on this guy I encourage you to post on this board.
