I have not received my product.

I have emailed and called many times and still no reply from their help service. Which they say will try their best to respond in 2-3 business days.

I placed the order in September 2010, they already charged my card but I have nothing to show for the money I have given them. I have waited up and above their 3-6 weeks for shipping and the extra 2 weeks to get through customs.

Don't order products from them!
