Complaint Review: Rollies.com

I asked Gspay on their privacy and here is their response. So this confirms we are not apart of any unwanted emails and the claims of this customer are false, made up and due to her lack of knowledge on the internet and unwanted emails we ask you do not believe the statement above. It is 100% false, unproven, and does not even belong on this site.

If one wants to be mean or evil for no reason they will do so and it is unfortunate that their ways are reflected on us but I guess if you don't understand the internet and what unwanted emails are then I hope this is a learning lesson for you all. You can't go around making up stuff based on your lack of knowledge so read up and learn before you write stuff down that is false.

Be good in life and don't go around stating falsehoods to be mean in life nobody wants to read made up stuff like this it is not right and bogus. We are not apart of any unwanted emails and those who are do it in secret, you will never know who they are because they could be charged and so they must remain secret.

We do not sell emails that is 100%. We have a fact of stealing our database, if you can send me customers emails that comlain we need to see when they transact.

The customer received their order and is not being truthful in her statement. The report filed here is not relevant to the company is should not have been filed. The customer believes we are involved in unsolicited emails but that is false and inaccurate. We are a legitimate business who pay taxes and do report all our earnings to the government in detail. There is no proof to back up this customers false claims and we can attest that Rollies is a good company and is not involved in anyway with unwanted emails. We keep all customer information private and do not sell, give or allow any customers information to given to anyone or any company. We uphold a customers privacy and in no way would do otherwise. Rest assured your privacy is safe with us and your information is kept on a secure server. The customer is wrong in her opinion and statement, do not believe the statement as it is untrue and unfair. Rollies is a great company and appreciates any order we acquire and the customers privacy is our most important goal to be. It is unfortunate that this customer has received unwanted emails but it never originated from us and we can prove this statement as false. We believe in being a good company and it would seem this customer does not understand the internet and the amount of unwanted emails that are out there, Those who do send them are very secretive and don't want to be found, they find emails and then send away. No person or company that sends unwanted emails wants to be found or known as they are doing something that is not legal and therefore one would never know who sends them. Unwanted emails are not from us and never will come from us. It is a shame this customer has made this false statement as it is always better to be nice then mean and we can only hope that through education on the internet she may realize we are not to blame. Rollies is a great company and we are glad to make this statement with pride and our assurance that your information is safe with us. We cannot control what happens out there and in no way are apart of any unwanted emails one may receive.
