I purchased a glass water bong from rollies.com september 13 2009, i have gotten 3 emails from them just giving me the run around about the item. They told me it was out of stock and i have to pick a new one, so i did and i believe one of the owners told me he will ship it out next week ..well that wasa over a month ago.I called numerous time and they have not called me back or emailed me as i emailed them numerous times as well. Rollies.com took out the money from my account in hours but it takes months for you to get a iteam? and who knows if i will get it, all i asked for was a refund and they cant even do that...i need help please!! i just want this done with and over.

Hello


The customer order from us and I placed the order with the supplier. I received my order from them but the piece was not among them. I ordered again from them with no luck as they then stated it was discontinued, but as suppliers do, products go out of stock then become discontinued a few months later. I could not get the item the customer order. The customer then picked another item from our local supplier and we were to send him the replacement. We are busy and we were not able to answer Stuart back that day and he choose to receive his money back on his card which he did. We do offer refunds to customers via Money order but at no time did he request a refund to us instead of the replacement order. Though the new piece was gonna be sent out to him, he changed his mind and choose not receive an order from us and acquired his money back. That is ok, and we would have gladly refunded the customer if he had asked to do so, as the originally piece was no longer available it was his right to do so. Rest assured if a customer wants a refund and not a substitute for an out of stock or discontinued item we will do so.

i wrote rollies.com one more time and still got no reply. so the next day i had off i went to the bank and had them reverse the whole transaction and filed a fraud claim.
