I placed an order with rollies weeks ago. My order has not arrived and they are not answering phone or emails. This company is a scam. avoid at all cost.

I finally received my order from rollies. It seems as though if you wait long enough, you'll get your product. This company has a good selection and good prices, but they are not quick by any means. If you are in no hurry and can wait for a couple months, then this is a place where you can save some money, but if you ar eneeding merchandise quickly, look elsewhere because the orders take a while.

Yes, Rollies has come along way since we started, we used to use paypal but your president made short work of that when operation pipe dreams came along and we had to fire our employees and deal with a 12grand lose and no orders for 3 weeks. It took two years to recover but then your president came along again and went after the online pharmancy industry, which our newest merchant processor seemed to deal with so Pago Transactions cut them off and stole 15 million, 30 grand of that was ours. We did put in a lawsuit against the processor but then Pago won in Europe not to be sued so they are suing them now in Quebec, and our total owed went down to 15 grand but that is still ongoing but after 5 years we have not been paid for their crimes. Pago believes they can keep everyone's money and they are only successful because they stole 15 million and kept it for their own company, even though people like us sent out every order we never got paid. One year we will get that money but for now it is not gonna happen anytime soon. As the years have gone by we have been robbed by merchant processors every years, some stole 2k (yowcow) other stole 12k (mercaway) while another closed us down when your president went after the online casino industry as we had a casino link on our site, even yahoo deleted all my keywords because of that and we lost another 15k but the customers got their money back so we just had to switch processor. We even had to fire our employees again when that happened, and with the 12k lost last year from mercaway, we still have not recovered fully and are still a 2 man operation. So yes we do not have a warehouse or suppliers do, yes we do not rush orders and yes we are still a two man operation but we do get all orders out. There is very little time to answer every email, every phone call when ordering, packing and address orders takes up most of our time, there is little let for customer service. We have not yet recovered from all these evil and corrupt Merchant companies but one day we will and we will be faster than ever but until then we have to build our business up.

This customer did get their order and whether it was because we did not get it from our supplier several weeks or that the supplier was out of stock and we had to wait a month before it came it, he still got it. If you want to support a two man operation and are not in a hurry then of course help us grow and buy from us, we are still here and trying to get out of debt that those companies put us in. Sometime it can be hard because an item is out of stock for many many months and other times they just skip over what we ordered and so we can't get it till our next order. Suppliers are a handful to deal with and every order I make with them there is aleast 3 peoples orders that we can fulfill for some reason or another and they wait as we wait. There is no point in putting in a complaint here because we are a small company trying to grow and we do ship out all orders, unfortunately some have to wait months not because it is our fault but it is the suppliers who are suppose to have it in stock.

So if you want what we offer be prepared to wait, it takes time to get and pack and send. Read our shipping terms for more information, and remember we are only this way because of companies like Pago and Mercaway they are the big boys who rip off the little guys like us and because they are big the law is on their side. I am sure Pago took that 15 million and paid their CEO and shareholders on a successfully not having to pay it to those who deserved it. That is why people like us struggle to make it big because of those evil companies and I ask you to be patient and your order will come.

OK, here is my final word on rollies.com. If you are in no hurry and have an infinite amount of patience, then rollies has some really great products at good prices. However, if you are in a hurry, then this is no place for you. You are in for a wait. It doesn't seem that they are really out to rip anyone off, but they are taking too many orders for the manpower they have on hand to handle the orders and customer service issues. Hopefully, they will bring in someone to handle the phones and shipping and become the dynamite company they could be.

So again, if time is not an issue, by all means, check them out, but if you are an impatient type like myself, you might want to look elsewhere until they can get gong full steam.

Rollies, good luck, I hope to read good things about you in months to come.
