Ordered a pipe from them in May of 2008 - they took my money quickly enough and never shipped the merchandise. After emailing them, the responses were "we are waiting for stock", then "we can't getit to you because of President Bush", then "we are almost out of business and are having trouble with our suppliers".

DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES A DIME!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE!!!!

The customer is mistake, we are here and we ship orders weekly depending on when we acquire it from the supplier. Sure we had slowdowns over the years due to merchant processors taking customers money and not paying us almost every year, but in the end everyone gets their order. If the customer was waiting on the order they should have gotten an update on their account that it was shipped. They should call us or email us, and possible pick a substitute incase the order is not in stock. If the customers order was lost in the mail then I can understand but if so then please do contact us. I am sure this customer has gotten their order and if not then they should email us to let us know it is missing. Thanks for ordering from us and be rest assured your order will come and you will get an email when it ships.
