Ordered $40 worth of stuff on 03/03/10, haven't received order yet.  I've been waiting a little over 2 weeks now.  Website just says "Order Not Shipped Yet."  E-mailed them a few times, they don't respond.  Called number between 10AM and 5PM PST as the website said, no one answers the phone.  Called the order line as well, no one answers that number either.


After reading the myriad of complaints here, I'm not surprised.  I should have checked them out beforehand.  Apparently reporting them is the only way you can get them to respond.  Even if I get my merchandise, I won't spend my money with them again.
