Purchased a roll up door online October 2016 invoice #0000785818 . the amount of 662.27 product plus shipping. Company requested a electronic check vs a credit card. Web site indicated custom built and could take up to 6-8 weeks.. Waitied to past that and phoned 1 st week of December 2016, past 8 weeks .. got a message voicemail to a sales rep and this sales rep send email back with a sorry and parts are backordered offers a 50.00 Outback steakhouse gift card. I indicated I would just like to cancel. I began to email an "support" email from the site and ger no responce. This online company is tied to online metal building suppliers as well .. Buyer BE AWARE .. There is no response from these companies... I just would like a refund I have sent him requests at paypal; and call multiple times still no response.
