Complaint Review: Rolwatch.com

I found this website through searching for Rolex watches. I contacted them through their order page - there was no address or phone number (clue's number 1 and 2!). I got a reply two days later saying that the watches were indeed authentic - and they didn't take charges, only money orders, bank transfers or cash.

Shelley Suggs signed the e-mail and gave me a bank account at Bank of America to deposit the cash into. I deposited $550.00 on 7/13/05 and $400.00 on 7/14/05.

On the 19th I got an e-mail saying that the account was frozen and they would send the watch in a few days. I responded that my money was in there and I didn't see any reason why they couldn't send the watch. On the 20th of July I got an e-mail saying that the watch was mailed out USPS Priority Mail and I should receive it rapidly.

Their website stated that all watches would be sent overnite shipping FedEx, I e-mailed asking why it wasn't sent FedEx - have sent 10 e-mails since that time and none have been answered, and of course, I have no watch.
