Complaint Review: Roman Builders

Roberto Sevi called my office and left voice mails of himself talking to another person saying our company was a joke, etc. He never left a name or what he was calling about, just crude conversation for us to hear of him talking to someone else.  I know this is who left the odd messages from cross referencing our caller id and the voicemail time stamp.  Then today the man calls during lunch time and asks for an over the counter quote and I take a message as the gentleman that handles this department was out of the office.  BTW I am the office manager.  I left to run office errands and while I was away, my assistant answered his call again (about an hour after his initial call) and told him she would have the appropriate person contact them when they returned.  At this point he became beligerant and called e names to her and so on.  Once I got back, she was very upset and explained what happened.  NOTE:  our office records ALL phone calls.  I reviewed his call and then returned his call to explain that the over the counter sales department would be calling him back once they had a price calculated.  He proceeded to call me a stupid dumb a** b**** repeatedly and said it was his freedom of speech.  Then he sang "God Bless America" is a very sarcastic tone.  Being a veteran, this saddened me greatly, especially since Monday was Memorial Day.  I would never do business with this man!  He is hateful and degrading.  He should be ashamed to call himself an American much less a man.  He is a thug who thinks he can get away with belittling people, so SPREAD THE WORD!  Lets rid our community of nasty trashy imbociles like Roberto Sevi!
