I recently put in an expensive $600 gown that was supposed to be my spring ball dress, which originally was white with lavendar roses imprinted on the cloth. Yet when I picked up my dress...the gown was all white and there is no trace of flowers ever being there except near the straps, where they dry cleaners seemd to have missed a spot to erase the flower so there are purple marking of half the flower.
Not only that but the gown was ripped tremendously by the straps and min chest area, also it had iron marks all over. when i asked them about it, they took an offense and told me that "they take no responsibility for damaged clothes" and then forced me to pay full price to obtain my ruined dress.
