Complaint Review: Romance Pros

Yes, Bonnie became a member and paid the one year membership fee of $3495. Once you become a member, we conduct a background check, you are required to fill out your profile, and then we need a photograph in order to activate your profile. We attempted to contact Bonnie numerous times to send us a picture or come in to have her picture taken. She spoke to someone in our office and indicated that she would come in the end of October 2007.

Then we were told that she wrote about us on Rip Off Report and the Client Services Manager called her. She apologized and said she hadn't had time to come back to take a picture. We told her that was all we were waiting for. She apparently understood and said she would be in that week or the beginning of the next week. That was back in November 2007.

We then called her in December, January and e-mailed her in February. We still have not heard from her or received a picture. It is a very simple task, but that is the only reason we have not provided her with any matches. We need all 3 above mentioned steps and you will become an active member! You have to give it a chance to make it work!
