Complaint Review: Romane Simon

 Romane Simon is a Haitian "producer/director" residing in Studio City in Los Angeles, CA. He claims to produce films with big named actors and claimed to have stunt training ability. He takes money for the trade of the possibility to be in his films, which if you google him he has nothing but negative reports of the same transactions dating back 2013, and 2014. I am filing a report now at the end of 2015 going into 2016. He is still taking money from actors in the Los Angeles and Hollywood area, with promises of putting them into films in trade for money/training. I would advise anyone working with him or that encounters him to not work with him or give him any money. He does produce small independent films with the money that is taken from actors but does not likely have a stable flow of income besides the money taken from actors. There is enough negative information on him online but I did not find this information before encountering him. He has been doing this for probably a decade, from Florida and Los Angeles. All links on google and IMDB are obviously created by him with poor grammar. He is involved with a fake manager named Yana Kovalevsky. Normally anything that requires talent to pay for involvement with projects is a scam, and this is no different. He asks for cash or cashiers check, obviously to have no track record, liability or responsibility.
