Complaint Review: Romano Toscano

Romano Toscano is a fake entrepreneur who creates businesses and uses services at the expense of others. His usual technique is to find digital freelancers on freelancing websites, promising deals and payments in exchange for services but after one excuse and the other no payments are ever done. I myself lost weeks of works for him, after creating a report site on Facebook I was contacted by dozens of other individuals, freelancers and companies who have literally lost hundreds of thousands of Euro. Romano Toscano does not have a fixed house address whcih makes it hard for anyone to take legal actions against him. He usually finds victims to where he asks to live for a few weeks with the excuse that his house is under rennovation and that he will pay soon, but before they realize it he's already living at a new victim's place. The areas where he is more active are in mobile development directions, he would recruite mobile developpers, graphic designers, marketing experts, models, photographers and so on, if you are one of them, I hope you read this warning before you read one of his emails.
