Complaint Review: Romio Jaroslava

Ianswer to an add at pennysaverusa.com for Bengal kittens for adoption, the add was suppose to be placed in San Diego Ca, the add owner told me that there was a 300 dollar adoption fee, I reply saying that it was too high and that I wasnt interested so he cut the fee down to 160 dollars. I was very happy and willing to adopt a kitten, he send me pictures of the kittens and told me to pick one, because the add was placed as if the owner lived in San Diego, I offered to meet him at a shopping mall, to my surprise he answer saying that he had to move to Cameroon and that in order for me to get the kitten I had to make a deposit for the full amount and that I would receive the kitten in less than 7 hours by air transportation. I obviously confirm with that that this was a scam (I already was a little suspicious). I replays saying that something came up and that I couldnt adopt the kitten any more, but I want to report this type of scams because I am sure there will be people who will fall for it and will lose money for trying to adopt a pet.
