RomSellBiz - Ion Balan ripoff selling no-existant items then asking for more $ Brasov Romania Internet
I was given an offer for a computer I had bid on ebay and had not won. His was a good price and I had lower offers.. when I informed him of this he lowered his price.
He assured me with a website and constant conversation. I was hesitant but I still didn't want to pass up a deal. So I sent him the money Western Union..
I feel stupid now but I didn't think of it being so bad then.
the problem started when I was asking for the tracking number and he failed to respond. Two days later I became insistant about the number and he told me there was an accident with the UPS truck and they needed 200 xtra dollars for the repairs.. but it was supposed to be insured..
I refused to pay and asked for my money back.. he tried to calm me and said he was going to send me the computor. His answers were inconsistant and he has since blocked my email account from reaching him.
I am embarassed for one, and angry on the other.. I needed that computer, I need my money back so that I can buy that computer.

I am out of $543.00 to be exact.. and he still wanted $200.00 more. I could have bought the computer from the store at that price.. and then the computer would have been damaged (unlikely) and repaired which went against the contract of new in box.
