Complaint Review: Romselltech - Ion Balan

I know-I know, never use Western Union to make any sort of online purchases. With that in mind, any Romania-esque country asking for a Money-Order or Bank transfer is probably a con. So when I had the opportunity to pay for an item using a secured credit-card server, I was skeptical.

I contacted the seller, asking him a few things about the item. He responded clearly (Clearly, I mean the seller wrote in complete English sentences), and I felt confident that this was a genuine seller (I know this is not the base of my decision, the business appeared legitimate, with secured-credit transactions and a working website).

Trying to purchase online became difficult, as one of the form fields for the credit card asked me for my credit-card PIN. I never give this info out, especially accompanying my account number. So I contact the seller, again, and he claimed that his secured server people were having trouble with the server, and for me to use the Western Union link.
