Complaint Review: Ron Allen & Associates

First of all, I was on unemployment and needed a job, so i started working for this so called company, which went ok for a while but then had a lot of turn around.
This company mainly hired people that had problems with drugs or alcohol and wanted to get on the straight and narrow. Which was fine with me. I had friends there that were very dear to me. Then there came the rumor! My boss found out that i never got in trouble with drugs or alcohol and labled me a SNITCH! I was transfered to another department which was fine, I liked it better anyway. I was so called laid-off right before my anniversary date, I was there every d**n day, and never late once! Minded my P's and Q's. This company likes to get rid of people that are good for the company. They would rather keep employees that always come in late or never show up at all. The bosses like to fire people who are gay also. Which is not right.
