Complaint Review: Ron Bognanni/ ebay.com

There are thousands of scamerm on ebay, I had the misluck of running in to a couple of them. They have bet on items, but refuse to pay me, and answer emails, yet they continue to buy from others and have a 100 percent feedback . Ebay won't do anything so I am doing something about it.
