Ron Boyd American Residential Law Group took my money and left me hanging. Internet
I hired Ron Boyd in May 2010 to handle my loan modification with Wells Fargo. Prior to paying him or contracting with him, he assured me that he could help me get my loan modified. He continued to reassure me throughout the following months that all was well with my loan and that my house was safe from foreclosure.
All seemed fine until November when I received a foreclosure notice. I phoned him at that time and he assured me that the house would not be foreclosed. He told me to just be patient and let him do his job. I have been phoning him and emailing his office each day and have received no response.
I don't know if he is still working on my behalf or not. He has really left me in an impossible situation.

If interested in getting this on the news I have contacted WSBTV here in Altanta and he just needs more cases, contact John B, if you watch the Channel 2 news you know who he is. I have also sent my case to the Florida Attorney General

I too have been the victim of this scam, I have had to hire another lawyer because my lender will not work with me on a modification. I am in the process of going through this again. There are no local attorneys in my area that do this type of work, if there were I would call them. We need to get together as a group and find a lawyer to take our case and file a class action against this legal firm. anyone else interested post it and we can get it started.
