Complaint Review: Ron Buff Sales

This man came off very professional, but after a little time went by we were not getting any reports on how things were going. We would call and call and email, but it was hard to get a response unless you said you were contacting a lawyer than he would call you back like nothing happened. After expressing that we knew this type of marketing takes  time and we are willing to work with him, but ,we needed to know how we were being marketed, who he was marketing us to and wanted weekly up date and he agreeded that was reasonable and he was sorry we never got any updates because he was very busy but had no excuse. Ron himself agreeded to me we would get all of what we asked. After about two months with not a call, email or update, I was very angry and the only way to get him to call back was the threaten with a lawyer. Ron called me back and we spoke. I told him we were upset that he never did what he promised and we wanted some money back and we can move on. Since we gave him $3500 and he did nothing for us and I mean nothing at all, I asked him for $1500 which I thought it was more than fair since he would make a profit of $2000 and we would get something back, Ron agreeded. I called him each week for the last six weeks he would tell me that he would send it on a different day each week. Well we still have nothing. this man should be reported to the Attorney Generals Office.
