Complaint Review: Ron Heinz Brandon Tidwell Steve Shillingford - INVESTMENT SCAMMERS - Solera Networks

Ron Heinz was fired from the Canopy Group by John and Andy Noorda after he and Brandon Tidwell bilked millions of dollars from the Company.  They created a shell company called Solera Networks and forged agreements making themselves unfireable and created an LLC inside of the Canopy Group they used in conjunction with Terry Peterson to steal millions of dollars from the Noorda estate -- money that was intended for the Mormon Church to build dental and medical schools.  

The Canopy Group and the Noordas had to SELL THE COMPANY OUT FROM UNDER THEM in order to get rid of them.  Terry Peterson, one of Ron and Brandon's crook accomplices, was sued by the Noordas for stealing 30 million dollars from the Mormon Church and used trust funds intended for community projects to churn day trades on the stock market with Heinz and Tidwell getting their palsm greased on the side.  Ron Heinz now works at Signal Peak Ventures, and has been using Solera Networks as a front to bilk investors.

We were cammed by this toad.  He is a big crybaby and according to information from people at Canopy he cried like a big baby when the Noorda's threatened to fire him.  He also assaulted an employee inside their building when he refused to go along with their scams.  Several female employees claimed he sexually harassed them and made unwelcome advances and was cheating on his wife with people in the Canopy Building. 

Ron Heinz and Tidwell are slimeballs, thieves, and crooks.  BEWARE!!! don't trust them.  Bluecoat systems just bought Solera Networks and soon will crush the shell of this investment scam.  Hopefully, they will perform an audit and hopefully, Heinz, Tidwell, and Shillingford will end up in jail cells.  It's where these petty crooks belong.
