Complaint Review: Ron Hubbard Top Dog Leasing

Ron Hubbard is a poor excuse of a business man. He seems to be addicted to marijuana, as that's all he talked about when I met with him. He also thinks that it is acceptable to leave keys in mailboxes of vacant homes! He wont accompany you to view the properties. I don't think landlords/ owners of these rental properties are aware of this. I signed a lease with him at his home office in Laguna Beach. When I arrived, he tells me the rent is actually higher than advertised. At this point, I'm exhausted from driving over an hour to sign this lease. He has a greasy, cheezy quality about him which sickens your core upon your first meeting with him. I should have followed my gut instinct and walked right out of his place. He's scary and deceptive. He likes to harrass people, and angers easily- When you confront him, or just ask him about his behaviours he blows up! he has no patience and has poor manners. Forget customer service. Anyone doing business with this fraud con artist is making a huge mistake.
