Alex Arden and Gods Green earth are under investigation. It will all come to an end real soon for this fruad and decepion. More employees have come forward with stories of the Scam and Fraud and Alex Arden will soon be leaving Nevada to avoid prosecution. VIolations include but not limited to, Contractors Board, State Labor Board, Clark County, Nevada Highway Patrol, Federal Trade commision and the IRS. Buyer beware, employees beware. Stay away fro this fraud!

Look people, Enough with the lies, slander,libel and more. Just look at all the docs. Gods Green Earth is a Non Profit solar sales company? Sure, to avoid taxes. Badges with NV energy on them? Fraud by Alex Arden. Emails showing he didnt paid employees? Judges dont want to hear stories, they just want to see docs, emails and texts. See for yourself!

God's Green Earth (GGE) is a religious nonprofit and there is nothing wrong with helping Mother Earth and promoting going green. There are religious nonprofits involved in other endeavors such as drug rehab, etc. One issue is that Ronald Littmann is threatening and extorting me, which is a crime.

I have seen a baseball bat in his truck, and he has said he is going to beat me with it, plus he has sent a threatening email. Ronald Littman has a history of violence and I watched as he smashed a hole in an office door with his foot in a fit of anger. Ronald Littmann told me he was under psychiatric care for anger management and is on medication.

 Ronald Littmann confessed to me that he created fraudulent tax returns and fraudulent client income for loan applications. The proof of this is recorded with the installation companies with Ronald Littmann as the sales rep using his email. When he confessed to me of his fraudulent activity that was when I decided he was a major liability to GGE and he was immediately terminated.

GGE is a faith-based organization and cannot tolerate the behavior of Ronald Littmann. If Ronald Littmann wants this fraudulent activity to come up in depositions during any court proceeding with these provable crimes, he will regret it. Ronald Littmann was never an officer of God's Green Earth but signed documents without authorization, created expenses without authorization, lied to me, reps, and was unethical in telling clients about what equipment and services that he promised for client's green projects and there is proof of this.

Ronald Littmann has sent emails to clients stating he was going to file an "Intent to Lien" on their properties, although he has no contractual relationship with these clients and he convinced a client to cancel her green project, thereby causing a loss to the installation company who now has to put a lien on her property for a new roof which has already been installed, plus there are damages to God's Green Earth because the fee to be paid to  GGE has been lost.

Ronald Littmann is doing this so that he can steal the green projects from God's Green Earth and sign up clients with his new company BBH Energy, LLC. It is difficult to mediate when dealing with a self admitted psychiatric patient and assess the damage that Ronald Littmann intends to inflict on me personally and GGE.

Please feel free to fact check all of this Alex Arden has posted. Alex Arden has not paid employees. Please feel free to check the Nevada State Labor Board. Alex Arden has not paid any taxes. He has repeadly lied to authorities. He has a badge stating he is with the NV Energy Foundation. Alex Arden is running scared now and will be on the run now because he knows he is in trouble with multiple govermental agencies. He is basically an unintellegent man looking to scam people and lie to make money. The Fact is he is using God to scam his clients and Im sure The Nevada Court system will be not to happy with his anticts. The truth of all of this there is Proof. Hard truth to his scam.

He will be not in business once he attempts to run away, but the courts judgements and claims will follow him everywhere.
