Complaint Review: Ron Pattinson European Beer Guide

Ron Pattinson is the proprietor of the website europeanbeerguide.net which advertises itself to be neutral and simply and information source. Upon further inspection it turns out Mr. Pattinson actually is paid for writing positive reviews of establishments. Its not quite accurate to call his website an extortion scheme, because he doesn't write negative reviews of bars that don't pay him his "listing fee." If a bar chooses not to pay his fees then he will keep the information to a minimum for that bar. He will write glowing paragraphs for bars that pay him a "listing fee."

Also, he advertises his services as a "tourguide" for interested parties. Needless to say, he will take you to bars where he receives a commission from the owner.
