Complaint Review: Ron Shade CEO Orange Crest Realty

My experince with Mr. Shade reads like the report from Jim H. from Carlsbad. I did put Mr. Shade into forclosure twice. The first time he paid off after 90 days. The second time his attorney threatened to sue me and my forclosure co. if we didn't allow him to bring all payments current. No payments since.

I did file a complaint with the D.A.'s office in Riverside last Oct. (07). I also turned him into the IRS Fraud Investigation Team. No results....other than I know he took 500K from a 90 year old gentleman in Jan. of '08.

Now I've been named as a co-defendant with many other investors and Mr. Shade and his co-horts. The premise being, that even though each of the investors holds a First Trust Deed and Note (that recorded after the Plaintiffs) they contend we are Jr.Lein Holders and therefore responsible (somehow) not only for our own stupidity but theirs as well !
