On atleast 10 different occassions they have incorrectly credited, lost or failed to credit the payment to the account on time or at all.

Which causes an incurrance of interest and late fees to be attached to the Account and inappropriately being made.

They have been informed about this practice numerous times and have continually failed to even attempt to correct this.

When asked about the problem, the answers have usually included, We credit the accounts as we recieve the payments(which is a bold face out and out lie).

to We have never had any people complain of this problem before. We have never known about this being a problem.

The company, by asking anyone who is or was financed through them, is a total out and out ripoff- The love to gouge the Customer and fail to credit anything properly.

I am a current customer of Ron Tonkin Auto Acceptance. They have taken the gamble and risk of giving me an auto loan after my credit was thrashed, and I totally appreciate it.
My truck runs great and I get proper credit to my account every month, they even send me a reciept of my payment. They even report it to all three major credit bureaus.

So too all of you people that are complaining about this company need to chill out. You would have never of had this problem if you would have made your payments in the first place. It is your screw up not theirs.
