7am on a weekend in Anderson Island, Shreveport, LA- Summer 2011, Ron Webb of the Ron Webb Charity Roofing (not that the name shouldn't automatically scare you off) decided to hop on my roof without permission and Spray paint over his mistakes. Who does that? Ron Webb does. By the way, I was in bed, with my wife and he scared me half to death. That's service charity style.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, April 05, 2013

I am the proud owner of Webb Roofing. I have lived and worked hard in Shreveport all my life and I have never cheated or misrepresented myself or my company to anyone. In spite of working as hard as I can to do a good job for every customer, once in a blue moon you get someone you just can't please no matter what you do for them.

This customer was quite elderly and demanded I be at his house three mornings in a row at 8:00 a.m.sharp. I complied all three times but each time he did not answer his door.  Knowing he wanted a pipe jack painted brown to match his roof, on the third attempt to get him to answer the door, I simply climbed my ladder and painted it.  It took me five minutes. No harm was done and he got his request.

Our company is a Christian company and we are dedicated to giving 10-25% of every job to local faith based charities we have partnered with here in Shreveport. Last year we were thrilled to give over $20,000 to St Jude's children's hospital, Shriners children's hospital, Shreveport Bossier Rescue Mission, Heart of Hope for unwed mothers, Providence House, and Miracle 89 Christian Radio to spread Gods Word.

Even after this customer was so ungrateful and rude, a check was sent in his name for which he received a thank you notice from that charity. it is an honor to have a company that helps folks and to also allow us to give to those who are sick, suffering and needy. Shame on this mean spirited person for trying to hurt and stop our work!
