Complaint Review: Ronak Shah WebCopywritersBlog

Ronakshah - WebCopywritersBlog - Mumbai, India.

In late January 2010 I ordered copywriting services from one Ronakshah (Warrior Forum), paying him $800 for the supply of copywriting for my new website.

Ronakshah of Web Copywriters Blog demanded that I pay the money completely up front as a new customer and told me the sales copy would be ready within 14 days.

At the same time, I also ordered a dozen 500 word articles from Ronak Shah at a cost of $9 per article, once again this was paid upfront.

Ronakshah assured me that the work would be completed on time and would meet my own exacting standards as he himself stated that he is a full time professional marketer and fully experienced professional copywriter.

Fourteen days pass and I subsequently contacted Ronahshah (WebcopywritersBlog.com) to deliver the 'goods' as previously agreed via email.

Ronak Shah stated that he needed another 7 days to complete the work.

Seven more days pass and once again no contack from Ronak Shah regarding my copywriting order or article writing.

I contact him again and received the sales letter / sales copy and to say I was disappointed with the results is a mild understatement!

The sales copy which I had paid $800 upfront to Ronak Shah was written in the most appalling and terrible English imaginable. Riddled with spelling mistakes, there was no natural flow, the headline was extremely weak, the overall formatting and layout of the sales letter was dreadful.

At best, being generous I could only score it being kind, at most a 1 in 10.

I instantly contacted Ronakshah via the Warrior Forum and also by email asking him if this was acceptable sales letter copywriting in his opinion? My correspondence met with NO response at all.

Eight days pass and my articles suddenly arrived via email.

Eleven articles were supplied and not the twelve I had ordered.

Reading through these once again the standard of writing was very bad indeed, the grammar and punctuation was awful, lots of sentences not making perfect sense and to be perfectly honest the whole lot were completely useless to me.

I again contacted Ronakshah - Web Copywriters Blog to see what he had to say for himself and also asked for a full refund.

Five days later I receive a reply asking me what was wrong with the copywriting supplied? To his knowledge, the sales letter made perfect sense and by all accounts as a professional copywriter it should be converting like 'crazy'.

He suggested that maybe I had altered the sales copy supplied by him and maybe this was the reason it was now not converting as well as I had expected!

This suggestion was just preposterous.

I had not altered the original sales copy supplied at all. The sales copy supplied by RonakShah was amongst the worst I had ever seen. This marketer if one can call him that, is the most unprofessional copywriter I have ever seen and I've employed quite a few in my time.

Once again, I make the point that the sales copy as supplied by WebCopywritersBlog was absolutely appalling.

I would recommend anyone thinking of hiring RonakShah WebCopywritersBlog.com for their copywriting or article writing to steer completely clear of dealing with Ronak Shah, this guy will think nothing of taking your money, not keeping you updated and if you do finally receive your 'copy' it will be supplied in the most terrible English imaginable.

I still have not received a refund from Ronakshah.

Do not, I repeat, do not use Ronak Shah (WebCopywritersBlog.com) for any writing services online, his copy / writing service is a blatant rip off!
