Complaint Review: Ronald Hugh Brown & Monica Genell Brown

These people are profesionals. They move in and and pile all their junk they don't want to use outside scatered all over the propety. Will not turn on auto sprinklers to water yard. New lawn just put in is dead now. They talked us into a dog when we did not want pets. Brought a Great Dane that bark all the time. Don't pay to be nice to these people. They have demolished a storage shed. Have not paid an 85 year old widow lady rent since November 2003.

In court they called the landlord a slumlord said she never fixed anything. She just spent 10,000 on the house before they moved in. Have been trying to get them evicted for ever. Took them to court and to this day they are still in the house rent free and we can't do a thing about it until the sheriff comes out, who knows when that will be. Laws in Ca sucks for landlords. Ron Brown works for the railroad and Monica Brown is a nurse so they can afford to pay rent. These people are low life scum of the earth.
