They target upper middle class individuals to invest in there plans by acquiring start up cost for them. 2) Mr. Roebuck and his representatives will utilize legitamate businesses; such as but not limited to Attorneys, Accountants, Business Consultants, Client/Contract Administrators and Banking Staff to create data to substantiate their need for capital (funding). Mr. Roebuck and his representative have know intention of running these venture and will collect as much seed money as they can get before people begin asking questions. They also DO NOT intend on paying fees accrued from work done on their behalf. We are talking thousands of dollars. Mr. Roebuck and his representatives have no regard for the individuals they come in contact with and travel throughout the country for thier next mark.
