THESE are not convictions, these are just like your petty claims.
1 sided accusations. Unfounded charges.
I'm INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY.
THIS HAS NOT BEEN THE CASE.
Nevada has had 3 instances since 2006-2007 to extridite me to stand before thier court on supposed CONTRACTOR BOARD VIOLATIONS.
NOT ONCE DID THEY CHOOSE TO SPEND THE MONEY TO EXTRIDITE ME. AND FEDERAL LAW removes thier ability to do so after 3 opportunities.
By the way, I can fight extradition, and force them to prosecute these accusations here. OH, they cannot. BECAUSE TEXAS HAS NO SUCH LAWS.
Oh, which... by the way violates constitutional law to have no state law that cannot be prosecuted in any other state, fairly.
This is why these contractor boards are so-called quasi-legal institutions.
Before you make your mind up, concerning this petty use of 1/2 truths, read the law concerning these charges, charges that stand as accusations, not excersized by due process of law.
Those of you in Texas, make note of the ridiculous charges,
#1 Advertising without a contractors licsense. Handing a card out was the supposed offence.
#2 Diverting funds, was me being paid, for REAL WORK, without a contractors licsence. By the way, Permits were issued to ME, because I had a Power of Attorney from each and every homeowner I finished pools for. These are public record at all the developmental services offices I worked out of. All inspections were completed, Inspectors met with me, and stages were allowed to go further, pools were finished, I had design and consulting contracts with these buyers, which allowed me to be paid for my consulting services, so the charge is baseless, since I was the Home Owner, via power of attorney.
#3 Engageing in business without a contractors lisence. Fact is the contractor law explains to buyers they must not do business with someone who is not a licsensed contractor, if they do, its at their own peril. Each one of these people were aware we were using me as a design/build consultant, and the pools would be built as an Owner/Builder project, thus the need for a power of attorney, again all filed with building services in N. Las Vegas, Las Vegas and Henderson. ALL PUBLIC RECORD.
These are all foriegn charges in the State OF TEXAS.
Because Texas is still a place of freedom.
Nevada is a criminal enterprise, a state which is in the dump today, where You and I have bailed out property losses in the billions. Not due to real property improvements as I completed, rather they had people like those that met me at homes, who wanted pools placed in rental homes for thier tenents, because the corruption runs deep. These are those your government has bailed out. It is a state that flies Old Glory but is really a different country. A country where the powerful have created a system that keeps the power in the hands of the few. Thats the aim of a contractor board.
And to those who claim we need a contractors board in Texas, be ready for Monopoly power of those who gain the power to contract, no compitition, 50% higher prices, by companies who are given the power to foreclose on your home in a few months if you have a dispute. You give the powerful and connected the power of the state in any dispute. Its a system of corrupt control by the elite.
I consulted the completion of 5 pools in Nevada, I am proud of each and every one, and I love the city of Las Vegas, these issues will be addressed, I had 2 payroll checks that had issues which I have not been able to investigate do to the other false charges. Time will find all these accusations addressed and Ronald Scott Hanson will be vindicated.
So will you Darlene, be forced to answer your petty claims, you WILL BE SUED for your feeble attempts to harm me. A CIVIL LAWSUIT of defamation is being prepared and you will be forced to explain how you chose to be dupped by BLUE HAVEN POOLS into paying 3k to fix 2 pipes in the spa, so they say. You chose to do modifications to the decking, without following the contractual prescribed way of dealing with it, by doing so, you denied a third party the opportunity to examine your complaints validity.

Work was completed, and Ronald Scott Hanson was injured by no fault of his own.
Mr. Hanson was attacked and assaulted, and ongoing litagation prevents futher comment.
We, as a company admit work was started, and the project agreement not completed, but the agreement states you hold harmless Ron Hanson, if events beyond his control, prevent his ability to perform the contractual obligations.
And, secondly, the Real Harm to Dylan, was his requirement to find someone to complete the project. All payments made to Ron Hanson were only to be paid After work WAS PREFORMED, AND COMPLETED TO A AGREED STAGE.
MEANING WE LEFT YOU EVEN. PAYMENT FOR COMPLETED WORK.

I, ronald scott hanson, have been general contracting in texas for 30+ years.
We have had ups and downs, but always try to fulfill our side of the deal.
We have constructed Major commercial and residential pools in Dallas, from the Marriot in addison, Hotel pools at Walnut Hill and I-35, The Drury Inn, the Comfort Suites, The Hampton Inn on 75n, Also a 20' x 40' Community pool and kiddie pool for The Woods of Preston Community center in Gunter, texas off 289n. To continue, we went to Las Vegas to open an office. The First Pool was done, according to Nevada, without proper approval. I built 6 pools as a consultant.
Somehow Nevada and others can tell a contractor of 30 years they are not one.
All the pools were under a contract, meeting all specifications required by Nevada on Contractor law, Notice to homeowners, and where by me, a lifelong Contractor.
Each home owner knew, and signed an affidav. admitting such. On record in Clark County Developmental services. This is allowed, and permits were issued to Me, with the understanding I was operating as a consultant.
I repeat...All pools were permited through the city in question, by me, through a "power of attorney" by each home owner, all on public file in Clark County and Henderson.
The charges of advertising without a lisence, was me handing a card to someone. DOES THAT SOUND FARE? This state is a state run by THUGS. Who told me to go back to DALLAS or else. These are accusations and CHARGES, they are not willing to come to Texas and prosecute. Because I did it all within the rules. And in court WILL PROVE IT, as I am able through there permits ON PUBLIC FILE!!.
If you are Charged with a Speeding ticket, you are not guilty till PROVEN in COURT.
As Well..... THESE TRUMPED up charges, by the Thugs in Nevada. Whos aim is to keep the money in thier sphere...period. By any and all means nec. as well as fraud accusations.
Our day in court will be day of justification, because the proff is public record, so go find it, if you operate from fear, that this website promotes.
These customers have NO RECOURSE in a civil court, because my contract demands arbitration if there is a problem, and they chose against Fulfilling the contractoral obligations, and instead attempt to harm us by way of slander.

Bottom line.
I have worked on major pool projects for hotels, apartments and Developers.
The Woods Of Preston, please go speak to developers.
This project, for DARLENE , was agreed to be paid in stages, and 100% payment for 100% completion.
She paid 100%, had issues, we addressed, plumbing may have been crossed, a simple fix, that the maxwells solved outside the agreed to procedure for solving any defect, by doing so, THEY OWN IT.
and this trashy little smear site is thier daily joy.
Pool was built. Pool was Paid For. Thats all we know.
