Complaint Review: Ronald Whaley

Rented a newly renovated townhome to Ron Whaley.  He destroyed it.  He lies to your face.  He did not pay rent for 3 months before he left.  He had the utility companies shut off power and water since he did not pay his bills.  He did not inform me there was a water main leak for 3 months.  No smokng lease policy and he smokes obsessively.  No Pets allowed in the lease and he had 3 dogs that were not house trained.  He left all his stinky crap all over the house and I mean smelly!  Had to rip out carpet and repaint everything.  Had no incentive to maintain the yard.  Cost me at least $15,000 dealing with the loss of rent, paying water bills and making the place decent again!  DO NOT RENT TO THIS DEADBEAT TENANT!
